A full landscape renovation to compliment the architectural updates and manage stormwater holistically was in order. The foundation plantings are an ethereal mix of airy grasses, contrasting flower shapes, and shrubby ground covers that knit together into a biodiverse tapestry supporting multitudes of wildlife. A private pond received pockets of wetland native plants around its border, extending the habitat and capturing nutrient runoff from the lawn.
